In the conjoined cases of Bernhard von Pezold and others v Republic of Zimbabwe (ICSID Case No. ARB/10/15) and Border Timbers Ltd and others v Republic of Zimbabwe (ICSID Case No. ARB/10/25), two ICSID ad hoc committees considered whether to grant Zimbabwe's application to continue a stay of enforcement, and determined the time when an automatic stay upon an application for annulment takes effect.
