UK and EU set out proposals to WTO members for trade after Brexit

The UK government and the European Commission have sent a joint letter to all members of the World Trade Organization (WTO), setting out their intended approach to some of the WTO issues arising from Brexit. The letter includes proposals for dealing with tariff-rate quotas (TRQs) on agricultural products and limits on domestic agricultural support such as subsidies.
