In Sowden v Smyth-Tyrrell and another [2017] EWHC 2477 (Ch), the High Court considered the requirements for a valid notice to remedy a remediable breach, served as part of the process of terminating a tenancy of an agricultural holding under Case D of Schedule 3 to the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986.
